Any additional repairs to systems outside of installation will be charged for at normal labor rates of $130.00/hour.
We do not sell controllers without an installation.

You must have a solid WiFi connection and an AC power outlet near where you plan to have us install this smart controller.
It is assumed wiring method and aesthetics to the existing controller meets client’s satisfaction. Outlet must be within 4 feet of controller.
NOTE: Does not include; moving controller location, adding or changing wire length or aesthetics, using conduit for finished garages, or the need for W-Fi Extenders or Wi-Fi Troubleshooting.
