$80.00 covers the show up and 1st 1/4 hour of labor for all jobs.

Appointments available Monday - Friday, Time Slots;  9am-12pm, 12-3pm, and 3-6pm.

Rates:

• $80.00 for the 1st ¼ hour for any and all service calls.
• $31.25 per 1/4 hour thereafter.
• We also charge $28.75 per ¼ hour for a secondary technician, if the tech is required.
  
• Charges begin the moment we arrive at your property.
• A floating rate may be used depending on type of service call, from $95.00-$125.00 per hour.
