Time slots for appointments: 9am-12pm, 12-3pm, and 3-6pm.
Rates for service above and beyond controller installation:
- $140.00 for the 1st ¼ hour for any and all service calls in the Denver Metro Area
- $32.50 per 1/4 hour thereafter,
- Charges begin the moment we arrive at your property.
Please do not add a quantity of more than 1 to your cart.
We do not sell controllers without an installation.

You must have a solid WiFi connection and an AC power outlet near where you plan to have us install this smart controller.
It is assumed wiring method and aesthetics to the existing controller meets client’s satisfaction. Outlet must be within 4 feet of controller.
NOTE: Does not include: moving controller location, adding or changing wire length or aesthetics, using conduit for finished garages, or the need for W-Fi Extenders or extensive Wi-Fi Troubleshooting.
